During their stay, guests can get on-the-ground assistance from one of our property Managers, and our remote team is available 24/7 to answer questions and coordinate support. Plus owners also have access to our Premium Support Desk to provide fast response times and resolutions for any issues during a guest’s stay.
Once they check-out, we follow up with review reminders to help build your online reputation.
Nothing! If we do not generate any bookings for your property, then you are not required to pay us anything in return. Clear Water Villas operates on a commission-based model, and on booking fees generated by your property. Utilizing the commission model motivates our team to maximize the revenue that your property generates!
